The main difference of this pouch from the previous generation is the MOLLE panels located on its side parts, which are suitable for attaching a tourniquet pouch or medical scissors. The Vertical Medical Pouch Small Gen.II Elite consists of two parts: the main pouch and an internal IFAK organizer (Individual First Aid Kit) with a vertical retrieval system. Both the outer pouch and the inner organizer are made of Cordura 500D – a durable material resistant to abrasion and heavy loads. The internal side walls are equipped with nylon webbing, which helps the pouch keep its shape. An additional fastening element is a strap that securely holds the first aid kit. The pouch is attached to gear using a Laser Cut MOLLE interface. The internal organizer is equipped with a flap that attaches to the outer pouch, acting as a fixation and helping to quickly remove the kit if needed.
