Free collection of goods in Vilnius
Goods ordered online or by phone can be picked up at: Liepkalnio st. 3 Vilnius.
When the goods are ready for collection, we will inform you by e-mail. or telephone.
Pickup at the DPD/Omniva post office
Delivery in 2-3 days. d. (if the product is in stock)
Shipment pickup:
• Information about the delivered shipment will reach you via SMS or e-mail. by mail.
• To pick up the purchase, select "Pick up shipment" on the terminal screen.
• Enter the required PIN codes that you received via SMS or e-mail. by mail.
• When the terminal door opens, pick up your shipment. Remember to close the door.
• The recipient must pick up the shipment from the self-service terminal within 72 hours. (calculated from the delivery of the consignment to the terminal).
Pickup at the Omniva/DPD Post Office
Delivery in 2-3 days. d. (if the product is in stock)
Shipment pickup:
• Information about the delivered shipment will reach you via SMS or e-mail. by mail.
• To pick up the purchase, select "Pick up shipment" on the terminal screen.
• Enter the six-digit door code received in the message.
• When the terminal door opens, pick up your shipment. Remember to close the door.
• The recipient must pick up the shipment from the self-service terminal within 7 days.
Important! If the selected item weighs more than 20 kg or does not fit in the largest box of the post office, it will be delivered via DPD courier service.
Delivery via DPD/Omniva courier service
Delivery in 1-2 days. d. (if the product is in stock)
• The courier delivers the goods to the specified address.
* An additional fee of 25 € is applied for the delivery of the parcel to the Curonian Spit.

Delivery price depends on the quantity of goods and the country.
